Delivery in Lithuania
Delivery in Lithuania costs 3 Eur. All orders in Lithuania takes 1-5 business days. Shipping from 50 Eur is free.
Delivery in Europe
Delivery costs 15 Eur. All orders in Europe takes 7-15 business days. The Buyer agrees that, exceptionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of goods may be delayed, but, in any case, must be delivered no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Buyer's payment confirmation.
Rest of the world
Delivery costs 20 Eur. All orders takes 10-20 business days. The Buyer agrees that, exceptionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of goods may be delayed, but, in any case, must be delivered no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Buyer's payment confirmation.
United States
Delivery costs 40 Eur. All orders takes 10-20 business days. The Buyer agrees that, exceptionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of goods may be delayed, but, in any case, must be delivered no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Buyer's payment confirmation.

RETURN
When purchasing a product in the store www.agapesstudio.com, the buyer has a 14-day return guarantee from the date of receipt of the product.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. In order to change the product to another size, the return costs must be paid by the buyer, but Agapes Wear does not undertake to have resizing if the item is sold out. In this case, the cost of return must be paid by the buyer.
Return operations

To return the item and get your money back, please contact our customer service: customerservice@agapeswear.com, provide the order number and the reason for the return.

To change the product, contact us at customerservice@agapeswear.com, that we can confirm the possibility of exchange because the quantity of products is limited.

Before returning, make sure that the product is unused, undamaged, has not lost its commercial appearance and is in the original packaging and the original label is intact.

After sending the item, send us the shipment number by email to customerservice@agapeswear.com. Returned goods must have a shipment tracking number. We are not responsible and do not refund money for lost or damaged goods.
